To continue our expansion in Denmark, we are looking for a Solution Consultant with a strong drive and an entrepreneurial spirit.

What we want you to do

The Solution Consultant will work in presales. You will obtain a deep understanding of our HR-suite and your primary task is to demonstrate the benefits obtained with the CatalystOne HR-solution.

You will work closely with the Sales Executive in order to understand customer requirements and communicate how these are met in the CatalystOne solution. You will participate in customer meetings and answer RfI’s and RfP’s.

You will work in the intersection of different departments such as product development, consulting and sales to prepare sales material based on customer requirements.

This position requires great presentation skills and the ability to communicate business value, based on an understanding of the customer’s needs and wants. You will have the benefit of representing an advanced solution and a fast-growing vendor for our target group in Denmark.

What our dream candidate might look like

We are looking for a candidate with good business acumen, strong drive and who thrives in an extrovert and selling role. We expect you to have a university degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and decision processes involving top level management. We are looking for top talents with a proven track record.

The Solution Consultant will report to the VP Sales and will be working from our office locations in central Copenhagen.
