Play a major role in securing many new customers by building a successful Bid Process

We are looking for you, a person who wants to take the full responsibility for our Bid Process in CatalystOne, both on a strategic- as well as an operational level with the ambition to build an international Bid team over time. What you will be doing:

Facilitate the process of producing large and complex proposals by project managing either the RFP response process or proactive proposals when there is no tender involved. Be the end to end timeline keeper for the critical path and key milestones and report against missed deadlines taking remedial action directly or through flagging to appropriate business owners.

What we look for:

  • a well-structured person with an excellent sense for quality in everything you do
  • someone who likes to lead the full Bid process and who likes to work closely together with our Pre-sales experts, Consultants, Product Management and Security and Operations
  • longer experience with bid processes within enterprise software and delivery
  • business accumen
  • ability to make things happen
