We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the CatalystOne Global Marketing Team. You will work with all our Scandinavian markets, but give Sweden a little bit of extra love. You will be involved in some of the most visible CatalystOne marketing activities – events and social media - both on a cross-border and a local level.
Our new Marketing Coordinator will be a key player in ensuring the success of the marketing team, making sure nothing falls between the cracks. You will be our glue between the specialist roles and oversee that initiatives and campaigns roll along nicely as planned.
You will also be instrumental in ensuring that CatalystOne maximises event opportunities and continues to deliver excellent event experiences – both on- and offline. An important part of this is to communicate and cooperate with customers, partners, external conference organisers, and other stakeholders to make sure that everything runs smoothly, speakers are prepared, content is in place, and participants are informed.
We would also like you to coordinate our social media activity. You are a social ninja, understands how to communicate with and engage a B2B audience, and has a natural knack for spotting social media opportunities both within our organisation and externally.
Our team consists of specialists for content marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing, in addition to our Vice President. We produce all our content in-house, in English, and our team share the responsibility for translation to our local languages. You will take on the responsibility for translating and making sure the quality of our Swedish content is flawless. So you need to have the ability to avoid “Swenglish” and spot spelling errors from a mile away…
Is this you?
You are an enthusiastic, native Swedish speaking marketer who are already living in the Oslo area or would like to move here. You probably have a degree in Marketing/Communications and 2-4 years of experience from B2B marketing. You have excellent Swedish language skills both spoken and written, and your English skills are good enough for you to feel comfortable hosting events and give professional presentations in English. You have outstanding organisation and project management skills, enjoy juggling multiple projects and tasks, big and small, and probably get secret enjoyment out of crossing off tasks on to-do lists (we have software for that). When borders re-open and the word "quarantene" once again isn't related to business travel, we also think you will enjoy some travelling to our offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm to help out with in-house events or external conferences.
