HR Business Partner - Scandinavia

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join us in Oslo or Stockholm. You’ll be part of a dynamic and growth-oriented team where we put our people and customers first. Read on to find out more and apply!   

This is a new position established to support and advise leaders and employees, and to build people processes and initiatives to scale as part of the company´s growth journey. The HRBP reports to HR Director, is on manager level, and part of our extended leadership team.  


What you’ll do as an HR Business Partner: 

  • As part of the People & Culture team; initiate, drive, and launch programs, projects & initiatives that are essential for continuous employee, team & leadership performance, and growth at large 
  • Own “Passion for People”, our very own HCM system, and drive the digitization of HR to enable us to scale along with the business 
  • Provide guidance and support on complex employee matters  
  • Make sure we act in accordance with labour law and our policies across Scandinavia 
  • Drive and optimize collaboration with providers within payroll, pension, insurance, benefits, and others

  • You are passionate about continuous improvement and want to build and scale best-in-class people practices across Scandinavia 
  • Travel within Scandinavia will be expected  


Preferred experience and qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role  
  • Qualification or experience with Scandinavian labour law 
  • Experience with human resources in a Scandinavian organization 
  • Experience with two or more core HR domains, e.g.: leadership development, performance management, competence development, learning, compensation & benefits and/or other 
  • Experience with implementing HR tech would be an advantage 
  • HR experience in a tech start-up, high-tech, or high-growth company is an advantage 
  • If you have acquired your relevant expertise through other means, we would still be interested in hearing from you 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required
